Established in 2013, The Agency is an incubator for bright ideas. Every year we run programmes across the UK aimed at empowering young people to become the creative leaders and change makers of their communities.
So how does the programme work?
Develop your ideas
If you have a passion, hobby or idea that could benefit your local community, The Agency is for you. Your idea could be anything from boxing workshops to a music festival.
Learn new skills
During your time with The Agency, we’ll give you the professional training, support and advice you need to make your idea a reality. All for free.
Win £2,000 funding
Once you finish the programme, we’ll help you pitch your idea to an expert panel to win £2,000 of funding to help your idea grow.

Interested in becoming an agent?
Right now we’re recruiting for our upcoming programme in London which starts September 2021 and runs up until April 2022. We meet twice a week for a few hours in a friendly, casual environment.
